Finland has reformed the National Core Curricula for pre-primary education and for basic education in 2016.
Contrary to the news spreading across the world, Finland is not giving up school subjects.
The Independent published recently i.a. an positive article on the Finnish education quoted by the Washington Post. However, the article treated the innovations of the capital city Helsinki as if the pilot projects were a reality in the whole country.
