Leadership training provides up-to-date information on collective agreements, and on the position, tasks and responsibilities of leaders and legislation.
The training takes place every other year for the management of educational institutions and education sector leaders and every other year for the heads of day-care centres. In 2018, the heads of day-care centres received training.
Leadership training is organised separately for leaders of the different agreement sectors. The training takes place in Helsinki.
Target group
Takes place in alternate years for the management of educational institutions and education sector leaders and the heads of day-care centres.
The target group for leadership training for all agreement sectors includes everyone who has worked in a leadership role for less than five years.
