The OAJ registry system was changed during the summer. The members can see the change most clearly in the renewed Omat tiedot section. There were a lot of problems with the deployment, which has caused severe congestion in the membership service.

The OAJ registry system was changed during the summer. The members can see the change most clearly in the renewed Omat tiedot section. There were a lot of problems with the deployment, which has caused severe congestion in the membership service.

In July, for example, the system supplier Futunio also sent union fee invoices that were meant for members who pay their own union fees to persons whose fees are collected directly from their salaries by the employer. Some of the invoices were incorrect and had the wrong amount. Incorrect and unwarranted invoices can be discarded.
 
Futunio is currently fixing the system so that it fulfils the correct product description. Membership Service Manager, Katja Tujula, would like to thank the members for their patience and their messages of encouragement the Membership Services received to help them cope with the difficult situation.
